We also offer computational fluid dynamics to model complex internal flow fields in piping and tanks. GIS mapping software is utilized to create accurate digital site plans and digital hydraulic models for watershed modeling and stormwater drainage analysis. An aerial drone and a laser scanner are used to provide accurate as-built drawings. Multi-jurisdictional permitting has become much more complex in the last five years due to experienced personnel being replaced by junior staff, the onset of electronic drawing submissions and reviews with limited access to the plan reviewers. The onset of Covid 19 further exacerbated communications with plan reviewers working remotely from home. Our extensive background in coordinating these multi-jurisdictional permits allows us to create a positive record of timely receipt of final approval to commence construction.<\/h4>\n
